There are several types of hose valves RF Valve:
- air controlled hose valve overlap occurs under the action of compressed air (Air Actuated). DN 25 – 350 mm;
- mechanical hose valves, which are actuated by power of pinch mechanism and actuator (pneumatic, electric, hydraulic one); DN 25 – 1500 mm, working pressure in pipelines up to 40 bar depending on the nominal diameter.

Self cleaning flexible action of the elastomeric tube reduces the possibility of accumulation of lime scale and eliminates clogging. Never clog and will not hesitate.
Elastomer tube is the only part in contact with the production stream, it is replaced without using any tools and requires no special skills.
SMART Valve Sensor monitors the wear. The sensor will know when the tube should be replaced. This reduced the operating costs.

The special patented design of polymer cuff Valve RF provides flexibility, and reduces residual deformation after closing. This provides significant advantages in wear resistance and service life. In addition, the design of cuff ensures stability on lines with low and alternating pressure and vacuum conditions. For the manufacture of cuffs RF Valve are used in various polymeric materials (natural rubber, NBR, SBR, EPDM, neoprene, guipanel). Cuffs sealing Konami Kevlar are used in high pressure and temperature, and the cuff Viton are highly resistant to most chemically aggressive environments.
