Engineer-metallurg

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education (preferable specialties: "Technological machines and equipment", "Technosphere safety", "Metallurgy", "Processes and devices of chemical technology")

  • Work experience in the specialty at least 3 years

  • Readiness for Russian and international business trips

  • The level of English is not lower than Upper Intermediate

Duties:

  • Search for technical solutions for metallurgical and chemical-metallurgical industries

  • Departure for technological audits of enterprises to customers

  • Analysis of various production technologies (chemical, chemical and metallurgical, cement, pulp and paper, nonferrous, ferrous metallurgy, etc.)

  • Technical support for sales managers and equipment presentation

  • Checking drawings, technical descriptions, instructions and specifications for manufacturability and compliance with the requirements of the customer's technical specifications

Responsibilities:


  • Financial logistics in the context of current sanctions against the Russian Federation

  • Organization of international and domestic freight transportation: road, air, sea, rail

  • Requests for transportation rates to transport companies

  • Placing orders for production

  • Interaction with suppliers regarding the readiness of goods for shipment

  • Determining the carrier of the cargo based on the optimal delivery times and transport tariff – preparing a transport application

  • Checking commercial and accompanying documents (invoices, packing lists, CMR, export declaration, etc.)

  • Organizing the technological process of transportation (transferring cargo to the carrier)

  • Control over the movement of cargo

  • Organizing cargo insurance

  • Informing company employees about the location of goods and their delivery times

  • Calculating and ensuring payment of customs duties

  • Informing the warehouse / accounting department about the arrival of cargo
