In devices with forced circulation, the solution is heated and evaporated when it is circulated through an external heat exchanger. A separate circulation pump is used for this purpose. In the heat exchanger, the product only overheats, and the boiling itself occurs in the apparatus body under conditions of a maintained vacuum. In addition to large capacities (compared with the natural circulation process), these devices allow working with more viscous media or with solutions prone to crystallization or the formation of deposits.
