LENSER filter plates constitute a frame for a filter cloths, which determines the hydrodynamics of the filtration process in a filter press. From the geometric shape of filter plates directly affects the efficiency and speed of dehydration. Properly chosen drainage surface geometry and filtrate drainage channels provides the fastest output of the filtrate, and the quality of the drying and washing of the sediment (cake) with optimal selected filter cloth. Sandwiched hydraulic system in filter press filter plates form a filtration chamber. The total volume and the area of the package of filter plates define the maximum possible performance of the filter press. Filter plates are made of following materials: PP polypropylene/PPC/PPH/PPCCu, available in PVDF, thermoplastic elastomer TPE, aluminum.
