Filter belts

Filter belts are used for the following types of equipment:

- tower (vertical) filter-press

- belt filter press

- vacuum belt filters.

The tape is an infinite canvas with special seam. Belt length can be up to 150 m and widths up to 3.6 m For the production of filter strips used specialized fabrics, which are characterized by high tensile strength and lack of stretch during operation.

For this type of equipment filter tape is supplied in a ready-made product and is characterized by the following parameters:

- presence clipimage seam, the concrete execution of the weld is selected depending on operating conditions and customer's requirements

- the ends of the tape, allowing the fabric to retain its shape throughout the lifetime.

- special impregnation/coating of the side edges of the tape, which provides a seal tape.
