Purification of gases after incineration of solid waste
The purification system includes a spray scrubber for evaporation of effluents after the packed scrubber with the heat of the gas supplied to the purification; it is also possible to install a recuperation system in order to cool and use the heat of the gas.
Further, the gas is mixed with the adsorbent, after which it is sent to the bag filters. Here, the gas is purified from solid particles, as well as the adsorbent grains are captured, on which various pollutants (HCl, HF, SO 2, heavy metals, including mercury, as well as dioxins, furans, etc.) have been adsorbed.
The gas then enters the Venturi scrubber and the packed scrubber, where the final cleaning of the emissions takes place by absorbing the remaining pollutants with a scrubbing solution, for example, NaOH solution.
