Aspiration. Dedusting of hot gases
For dedusting hot gases, a highly efficient system of simultaneous cooling and cleaning is proposed, which is a cooler based on the Venturi principle, in which a cooling agent - water is sprayed to increase the surface of heat and mass exchange.
When water droplets come into contact with hot gases, the latter is adiabatically cooled.
Then the cooled gas enters the Venturi scrubber, where the dust is absorbed by drops of the scrubbing solution, then the drops are reliably separated from the gas flow in a centrifugal drop separator.
