Chemical Engineering Solutions company will supply a sludge dewatering unit to one of the largest pulp and paper plants in Russia
Upon delivery of the equipment, our specialists will perform installation supervision and commissioning work.
KemInS is participating in the implementation of a project to eliminate accumulated environmental damage caused by the company's operations on the territory occupied by sewage treatment facilities with production facilities containing black liquor at the site of the central treatment facilities (CTF).
As part of this project, KemInS developed working design documentation and by the end of the year will supply a sludge dewatering unit consisting of:
- 2 sludge collection tanks, with a capacity of 200 m3 each, complete with mixing devices;
- 7 filter presses with mixed packs of 1500 x 1500 mm plates. Filtration area 300 m2 each;
- 14 belt conveyors, 10 m long each;
- 7 bins for unloading sediment from the filter press.
