High-performance pumps for media with high solids content, gas, or its combinations. The number of impeller wanes depends on the size of mechanical impurities.

Egger pumping equipment is manufactured in accordance with individual, custom projects. The selection of design, materials and seals depends on the requirements list, performance specification. Structurally, the pumps can be manufactured in different types: horizontal, vertical, semi-submersible and submersible with electric or hydraulic drive.

For operation at high temperatures and pressures Egger develops and produces special series of pumps, including those for hazardous areas and in a gas tight design.

Unique design feature

High suction capability

The process pump series features, due its special impeller blade geometry, low NPSHR values and thus has a high suction capacity.

Low energy costs

By the systematic many years research and development on optimization of flow allowed to achieve an overall performance up to 89%.

Up to 25% by volume gas contents media repumping

Trouble-free, without stalling pumping of media with high gas content without significant pressure losses (w/o drop of delivery head).

High solids concentrations (media with mechanical impurities)

As solids handling pumps, centrifugal process pumps EO/EOS are suitable for homogeneous fluids with high solids content, fibers and high viscosities.

Stable performance (constant delivery rate)

The wear plate that can be adjusted from the outside on the suction side, guarantees a constant delivery rate, especially for highly abrasive products.

Modular system

Thanks to the Egger-modular design of the pump, consisting of standardized elements, reusable mechanical and hydraulic modules in the pump configuration it is possible to upgrade existing equipment and reduce the necessary spare parts cost of storing.

E & EO pump series differens

Semi-open radial impeller with special profile is an improved version of the original Egger impeller, the invention of which laid the company foundation in 1947 To pump media with large particles is used three-blade impeller EOS with wider channels. The main difference between EOS and EO impellers is number of blades; their hydraulic properties are virtually identical.

Pumped medium

  • Complicated media and fluids in the chemical and petrochemical industry

  • Multi-component medium in the circulation reactor

  • Aerated fibrous slurry in the pulp and paper industry

  • Waste water and viscous environment at the water treatment facilities

  • Sludge pumping

  • Various abrasive and corrosive fluids
