As an alternative to electrostatic precipitators, we offer you our own design of mist eliminators (aerosols filter system ;  aerosols catchers/traps). The mist eliminator has lower operating costs and is easier to maintain than an electrostatic precipitator, and has a high efficiency for trapping particles of less than 1 μm.

Aerosols and sub-micron dust particles capture takes place on a special synthetic fabrics, featuring high chemical and wear resistance. The mist eliminator is equipped with a regeneration system, the redistribution of gas flows. The design of the mist eliminator provides a high rate of filtration, providing a low hydraulic resistance

Low hydraulic resistance of system

The mist eliminator is equipped with a system of pulse regeneration, working on the change of hydraulic resistance. Also dust and droplets occurs on the surface of the filter elements, which ensures consistency of hydraulic resistance

Minimum operating costs

The mist eliminator provides the efficiency of trapping of aerosols over 99 %, while requiring significantly less energy and maintenance and to capital construction than the electrostatic precipitator
