Depending on the refining method and technological conditions the aspiration system consists of ducts and gas cleaning system of "wet" or "dry" type.

ChemInS LLC performs complex engineering services in the field of aspiration of industrial enterprises, namely, the pre-project survey, design and engineering in accordance with the requirements of Russian Federation Government Decree No. 87 dated 16.02.08 "On composition of design documentation sections and requirements to their content" and GOST R 21.1101-2009 SPDS "Main requirements for design and working documentation", manufacture and supply of equipment with post-project support.

«Wet» type vacuum systems

Systems of this type include Venturi scrubbers, centrifugal, rotary, and dynamic. They have a high collection efficiency, including micron-sized particles. The data system is not limited by the inlet gas temperature and the physico-chemical properties (there is no limit for acidity, the presence of viscous substances, explosive, etc.). However, in some technological processes the collected dust must be dry, in this case, our suction system is added to the filter presses for dewatering of sludge from the scrubbers

«Dry» type vacuum systems

Systems of this type are the various filters. The main advantage of these systems is the ability of the dust in dry form
