One of the central exhibition areas — on the first line in the first pavilion of the Yekaterinburg‑EXPO IEC — was occupied by our booth.
At the exhibition, we presented vertical and horizontal fast filter presses, specially designed for the dewatering of copper concentrate. The equipment enables faster unloading of cake from the press, increasing the productivity of the filtration process, which ultimately affects the profitability of the mining plant.
Fast filter presses ensure consistently low sludge moisture content and high productivity due to the full opening of the plate pack. The special design of the filter plates makes them suitable for working with abrasive media throughout the entire dewatering cycle.
One of the technological features of the equipment is the use of free‑hanging filter cloths with the possibility of shaking. This design solution significantly reduces the time required for their dismantling and extends their service life, as well as reduces the annual downtime of the filter press several times due to the replacement of filter fabrics.
The company manufactures these pads in its own sewing workshop, ensuring efficiency and high quality.
