This allows more cost-effective implementation of the requirements for the protection of the atmosphere, which are strictly observed in the enterprise.
To solve these problems, our specialists proposed to install two rotary scrubbers, which allow capturing submicron aerosol with a minimum hydraulic resistance.
The installed scrubber unit is completely protected from buildup / incrustation and has an integrated cleaning system for the scrubber liquid circulating in the circulation circuit.
The equipment is equipped with devices that allow you to continuously work with highly adhesive contaminants, including automatic cleaning units in case of urgent need.
Distinctive characteristics are the possibility of fine cleaning from multicomponent contaminants, including submicron aerosol of acids, resinous compounds and other impurities with a hydraulic resistance of no more than 1200 Pa, with a minimum consumption of fresh water compared to other systems.
Also, this installation guarantees the absence of secondary emission in the form of drops, which down the scheme allows you to save energy during further thermal utilization of this gas phase.
Commissioning of the equipment is planned by the end of 2020.
