Chevron conveyor belt Kauman

KAUMAN SHV 800 – for transportation of material under the slope

KAUMAN SHV 800 – for transportation of material under the slope

The use of conveyors with Chevron belts recommended for conveying material at an angle, the maximum angle of up to 45 degrees. The edges of such strips and their edges "V" - shape prevents slippage and spillage of material during transportation.

For pipelined nodes, where there are areas of elevation, maximum slope angle of 45 degrees, type tape KNC are a great solution. Tapes of this type the edges are not stretched the entire width of the tape, leaving the edges free.

This allows you to install side rails on the working surface of the tape, which allows to hold and guide the tape when changing the angle of the conveyor unit, which is shown in the figure.

To prevent possible deformation of the tape when changing the angle of inclination of the conveyor it is based on using hard profile.

Advantages:

  1. High wear resistance.

  2. Low percentage elongation.

  3. High adhesion.

  4. Good globwinet (trough view).

Scope of application:

  • cement concrete plants

  • asphalt plants

  • woodworking industry

  • coal industry

Technical features (specification):

Herringbone tape KAUMAN produced by the massive cloths and the Chevron that provides the strength and durability of our herringbone tape in contrast to the technology for gluing of profile by cold vulcanization. Also herringbone tape is manufactured by hot vulcanization fabric and profile have maximum flexibility and elasticity.
